Working With Us?

We are an inclusive company, and we will ensure that our staff are representative of wider society. We celebrate diversity as we believe that the greater the mix of people in our team, the greater the mix of skills, experiences, perspectives, and ideas we can draw on.

We are very keen to attract staff who are committed to working with children and young people in line with the Company ethos.

Our managers are committed to creating stable staff teams for each home, engendering good morale support, focus and communication.

It is our expectation that all staff will complete an Employer Led Assessment within their 6-month probationary period, and to successfully register with Social Care Wales.

We are keen to provide training opportunities for all staff and have access to an Online training hub as well as face to face training. Supervision is provided on a monthly basis.

We actively support staff to progress with QCF qualifications L2, L3, L4 and L5. We are committed to supporting staff to progress within the company.
