It is our expectation that all staff will complete an Employer Led Assessment within their 6-month probationary period, and to successfully register with Social Care Wales.

We are keen to provide training opportunities for all staff and have access to an Online training hub as well as face to face training. Supervision is provided on a monthly basis.

We actively support staff to progress with QCF qualifications L2, L3, L4 and L5. We are committed to supporting staff to progress within the company.
